Webinar Series 2 Prodi PG-PAUD FIP UNIMED “Pembelajaran Kreatif untuk anak usia dini di masa new normal”

Prodi PG-PAUD UNIMED (Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) menggelar webinar Series 2 2020, mengangkat tema “Pembelajaran Kreatif Untuk Anak Usia Dini Di Masa New Normal” menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Cloud Meeting dan streaming Youtube IMA PG PAUD Universitas Negeri Medan dengan Link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRmlFgD5EMY&t=1602s). Webinar ini di selenggarakan pada hari Senin, 03 Agustus 2020 Pukul 08.00 WIB. Dengan mengundang pemateri Ade Dwi Utami, M.Pd. (Dosen Universita Negeri Jakarta) dan Priska Parsaulian, S.Pd., Mont. Dipl (Founder @Montessorimadness_) yang dimoderatori oleh Suri Handayani Damanik, M.Pd. (Dosen PG-PAUD FIP UNIMED).

Acara tersebut dibuka oleh Dekan FIP Prof. Dr. Yusnadi, MS. bersama Ketua Prodi PG-PAUD Dra. Kamtini, M.Pd. Webinar ini diikuti oleh ratusan peserta se-Indonesia yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, alumni PG-PAUD, guru PAUD, pengelola PAUD, dan kalangan umum, dan di tonton ribuan kali di Youtube IMA PG-PAUD Universitas Negeri Medan.

Pada sambutannya, Dekan FIP Prof. Dr. Yusnadi, MS. mengatakan wabah covid-19 telah membawa perubahan semua sektor khususnya di bidang pendidikan. Wabah ini merubah wajah pendidikan dan pembelajaran di Indonesia. Prodi PG-PAUD sangat tepat mengangkat tema pembelajaran kreatif untuk anak usia dini di masa new normal. Pembelajaran di new normal ini, butuh pembelajar dan guru yang kreatif dan inovatif. Ada empat hal yang ingin saya sampaikan yaitu setiap guru harus mulai berani untuk melakukan kontesktualisasi dengan buku pembelajaran di era new normal, guru PAUD harus punya keterampilan pembelajaran yang inovatif, guru PAUD melakukan pembelajaran anak harus menyesuaikan dengan jaman new normal, dan guru PAUD harus berpengetahuan dan berkemampuan kreatif, berkarakter, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan inovatif. Semoga webinar ini bermanfaat bagi guru-guru PAUD dalam melaksanakan pembelajara di era new normal.

Ade Dwi Utami, M.Pd. memaparkan materi mengenai assessment PAUD di masa pembelajaran daring. Assesment bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana masing-masing individu anak berkembang bukan mengukur perkembangan anak dan membandingkan perkembangan anak, kemudian untuk merencanakan pembelajaran anak selanjutnya dan yang terakhir untuk melihat hasil pembelajaran dan menentukan tindak lanjut. Pada tahap awal kita mengetahui perkembangan actual anak (pra-asesment), kemudian assessment dilakukan terus menerus dalam proses pembelajaran anak dan pada tahap akhir kita bisa melihat perubahan dan hasil pembelajaran. Adapun metode dan alat asesmen melalui formal menggunakan tes standar sedangkan memlaui informal menggunakan observasi (anecdotal record, running record, checklist, time sampling, event sampling, dan work sampling), interview (wawancara) dan portofolio.

Priska Parsaulian, S.Pd., Mont. Dipl menjelaskan bagaimana menstimulasi perkembangan anak melalui kegiatan kreatif dirumah. Aspek Perkembangan Anak usia dini menurut Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 137 tahun 2013 adalah : Nilai agama dan moral, Fisik-Motorik, Kognitif, Bahasa, Sosial- Emosional, dan Seni.

 

Montessori adalah salah satu metode belajar anak usia dini untuk meningkatkan perkembangan anak, yang memiliki ciri khas “prepared environment” dan “hands-on learning material” Area pembelajaran Montessori dibagi menjadi 5 yaitu, Practical life Exercises, Sensorial Exercises, Math Exercises, Language and Literacy Exercises, Culture, Geography and Science Exercises.
