Prodi PG PAUD FIP UNIMED Gelar “3rd PAUD EXPO” dengan tema “Sejuta Senyum Untuk Anak Indonesia”

Medan. Prodi PG PAUD Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP) Unimed menggelar “3rd PAUD EXPO” dengan tema “Sejuta Senyum Untuk Anak Indonesia”. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama dua hari 21-22 November 2019 di Pelataran FIP. Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh Wakil Dekan III Drs. Edidon Hutasuhut, M.Pd.

Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 700 peserta anak-anak usia dini dari berbagai lembaga pendidikan anak dan juga 400 mahasiswa-mahasiswa dari seluruh Universitas di Sumatera Utara. Turut hadir pada acara tersebut Wakil Dekan I Prof. Dr. Yusnadi, MS., Wakil Dekan II Dr. Elizon Nainggolan., Wakil Dekan III Drs. Edidon Hutasuhut, M.Pd., ketua Prodi PG-PAUD Kamtisi, M.Pd., dan seluruh dosen di lingkungan FIP.

Dalam sambutannya Wakil Dekan III Drs. Edidon Hutasuhut, M.Pd mengatakan bahwa saat ini pendidikan untuk anak usia dini sering di anggap sebelah mata dan kurang dipahami bahwa pendidikan anak sejak dini adalah awal mula dunia baru di bentuk. Melalui acara ini kita dapat memberitahukan bahwa pendidikan anak usia dini adalah pendidikan yang paling penting untuk diberikan kepada anak.

Ketua pelaksana Kamtini, M.Pd dalam sambutannya mengatakan banyaknya peserta yang antusias dalam kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa jurusan PG-PAUD semakin menunjukkan eksistensinya di dunia luar dan menunjukkan bahwa menjadi guru paud bukan hanya sekedar mendidik seorang anak tetapi membentuk karakter generasi bangsa.

3rd Paud Expo ini mengundang narasumber “Gilang Ramadhan Prodi PG PAUD Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP) Unimed menggelar “3rd PAUD EXPO” dengan tema “Sejuta Senyum Untuk Anak Indonesia”. Perlombaan untuk guru paud, mendongen, cipta lagu. Sementara  lomba untuk mahasiswa  Mendongeng, Bernyanyi, Stand Up Comedy, dan Tari Tradisional
