Dalam rangka mendukung digitalisasi dalam pendidikan, maka Program Studi PG-PAUD menyelenggarakan kegiatan Webinar Nasional dengan topik “Peran ICT dalam Meningkatkan Manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan”. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara daring pada hari Jumat, 26 Mei 2023 dimulai pukul 09:00 WIB. Webinar ini menghadirkan dua orang narasumber yaitu Ibu Endah Silawati, M.Pd. (Dosen Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia) dan Ibu Rini Juliana Sipahutar, M.Kom. (Dosen Universitas Negeri Medan) dan dimoderasi oleh Ester Sianipar (Mahasiswa PG-PAUD UNIMED). Kegiatan ini dibuka secara resmi oleh Ibu Dra. Kamtini, M.Pd. (Wakil Dekan III Fakultas ILmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Medan) dan Ibu Suri Handayani, S.Psi., M.Psi. (Ketua Program Studi PG-PAUD Universitas Negeri Medan). Dalam sambutannya, Ibu Dra. Kamtini, M.Pd. (Wakil Dekan III Fakultas ILmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Medan) berharap webinar ini dapat menyampaikan bahwa pengetahuan akan ICT telah menjadi sebuah kebutuhan di era digital saat ini. Beliau berharap webinar ini dapat memberikan wawasan kepada para peserta mengenai penggunaan ICT dalam memajukan lembaga pendidikan. Selain itu, beliau juga mengapresiasi seluruh panitia penyelenggara webinar nasional ini dan berharap dapat berkontribusi lagi di kesempatan lain.
